This book, written by a woman who cared for her dying husband and who committed herself afterwards to her own healing, describes the healing and transformation of suffering that can take place when we care from a deeply compassionate place.  While Longaker writes from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective, this is an inspiration for people of all faiths.
